All About the MRC
The MRC was founded in 1937 and today has a membership of around 40, 15 of whom actively take part in time trials, sportives, road and track racing.
Our club magazine, is published four times a year. Links to some of the articles that have appeared in the magazine can be found on the Mutters+ page.
Membership fees for 2017 are still GBP15.00 for full seniors or GBP7.50 for second claim and all other members (runs January to end of December). We're always interested in new members; if, after exploring the site, you feel that we might be what you're looking for in a club, get in touch or print out a Membership Form (opens in a new window) and send it off to the Club Secretary with your membership fee.
This year between May and August we will be running Club Evening 10s
on the HCC234 at Waltham St Lawrence (RG10 0QH), links to results and the timetable
of events is here.
Once the Evening 10s are out of the way Evening Club Nights are held, in a pub, on the first Wednesday of every month to discuss life, the universe and, occasionally, bikes. Dates and venues are here.
Every year a group of us travel across to France, with our bikes, to see a couple of stages of the Tour de France and drink French wine.
