All About the MRC

Founded in 1937 the MRC today has a membership of around 38, 10 of whom actively take part in time trials, sportives, road and track racing (COVID permitting!)

Affiliations.   We are affiliated to the West London Combine, Cycling UK and Cycling Time Trials.

Our club magazine, is published four times a year.  Links to some of the articles that have appeared in the magazine can be found on the Magazine+ page.

Membership fees for 2020 are still GBP15.00 for full seniors or GBP7.50 for second claim and all other members (runs January to end of December).  We're always interested in new members; if, after exploring the site, you feel that we might be what you're looking for in a club, get in touch or print out a Membership Form (opens in a new window) and send it off to the Club Secretary with your membership fee.

Club Evening 10s this year will be run between the 19th of May and 4th of August on the H10/2 at Knowl Hill, links to results and the timetable of events is here.    If you fancy trying a 10 mile timetrial you can enter the Club Evening 10s on the line.

Evening Club Nights, once the Evening 10s are out of the way, are held on the first Wednesday of every month to discuss life, the universe and, occasionally, bikes.  Dates and venues are here.

Every year a group of us travel across to France, with our bikes, to see a couple of stages of the Tour de France and drink French wine.
